Information for owners wishing to rent out their property
All Promenade rental applications are processed through Tenant Evaluation. The typical timeline for processing is approximately 3 – 4 business days once all required documentation has been submitted.
You need to submit the following Property Application to our property manager, prior to signing your lease agreement.
